Hey so guess what?  Hotdish may get ballzed up on spellcheck, but it is an actual Minnesota thing- and these actual Minnesota home cooks were tot-deep in it!!!!  So rad to see so many different interps of the classic local casserole- everyone had a blown mind, of course.  And don’t get me started on the bars.  There’s not enough laps around a track to make my body forget those yummy  bars!!!! Thanks to all the beautiful home cooks of the Twin Cities, and O’Gara’s– which is such a rad bar and venue!!!!  I’ll be back!!!

Ugggh.   Austin why and how do you make me feel so dirty?   Even if I ever took a bath it wouldn’t take away this  MURDEROUS URGE of mac and cheeze!  I tasted  CHEEZEBLOOD on Sunday!  Austin you are as gross of cheeze  …  and I thank you of it.

Did you know that Mac and Cheeze ice cream is a possible and delicious thing?
