Did they intimidate Matt Timms with their fancy terminologies and first rate culinary experience? NO. Well, MAYBE. They are REALLY SMART DUDES. Hanging with actual or pretty much actual chefs can be a bit trying on the ego, which they have in abundance! But so do I, folks! They are also super cool and excellent people, so we got along swimmingly.
The ingredients? A bit hard to swallow this time out… Eggplant! Ginger! Celeriac! Quince! Dog! … I know!!!!
